Meaning and Power of Your Dreams

Dreams are very important to you. Psychologists know that if people are prevented from dreaming for a few days, they begin to have psychological problems. They may begin to hallucinate and have a difficult time trying to concentrate. Obviously, dreams serve an important function.

Significance

Unfortunately, most people do not see the significance of their dreams. There are some who consider sleep a waste of time. If they could do it, they would go without sleeping. Many of these people constantly push themselves until they near exhaustion. Unfortunately, these driven people may find it difficult to sleep. As it was for Michael Jackson, they may need to take tranquilizers to put them to sleep. Then, waking in the morning in a semi-drugged state, they may need another pill to get them going. In this state, people tend not to dream. Instead of sleeping and dreaming, the drugs render them unconscious. For this reason, we will recommend you try to sleep naturally, without the use of pills.
